Our practices are modern, fast-paced, and rooted in great technology. We've recently expanded our footprint into Bucktown, Roscoe Village, South Chicago, and Indiana! We are a growing company looking to hire driven staff members that want to grow with us. We are hiring for multiple positions at multiple locations!
Current Office Locations Hiring:
- Bucktown and Roscoe Village
What you'll be doing:You're at the heart of all that we do!
- You will provide leadership and oversight for two of our offices, including the front desk and clinical staff.
- Oversee front desk administrative duties including but not limited to the following: patient check in and check out, answering inbound calls, appointment scheduling, collecting patient co-pays, presenting treatment plans, and much more.
- Responsible for creating the office schedule, monitoring payroll, onboarding, and other office management tasks.

Qualifications: Experience with Eaglesoft and Curve practice management software a plus!
- Customer service experience
- 5+ years dental front desk experience required. Previous leadership experience is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of dental coding
- Treatment presentation experience
