Pure Dental Spa is looking to fill an open position for a qualified, professional, and dependable Dental Office Manager for our Bloomingdale office. Pure Dental Spa is not the average dental office. Schedule for the Dental Office Manager:

• Monday - Thursday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM
• Saturday: 8:00AM - 2:00PM (2x/month)

Responsibilities and Requirements of the Dental Office Manager:

• 2 years of experience in dental office management
• Check patients in and out of the practice.
• Plan and manage dental business operations to ensure excellent patient support services.
• Oversee daily office activities and provide direction and guidance to staff as needed.
• Organize and present payment schedules with patients.
• Open the office in the mornings.
• Maintain communication with referral offices.
• Maintain hygiene and doctor’s schedules.
• Ensure that records are stored securely and in compliance with privacy and security regulations.
• Upbeat, friendly personality with a strong growth mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
