SalaryDental 360 is hiring a motivated Office Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be team-oriented, patient-focused, compassionate, and reliable. Must have Superb communication skills and demostrate strong organization skills.
Dentrix software knowledge and Front desk experience is a must.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities-
- Conduct effective morning huddles.
- Build relationships with our patients.
- Must demostrate strong customer service skills.
- Experience with insurances and a proven ability to manage schedules.
- Must be articulate and have confidence in talking about treatment and collecting copays/balances from patients.
- Oversee operations with doctors/team leaders to develop opportunities for team members improvement and growth.
- Assist in preparing and overseeing policies to coordinate all department activities to acchieve goals and objectives for profitability and office growth.
- Some other responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling, insurance verification, statement posting, financial arrangements and check- in patients and out.
- Help facilitate communication of different departments to ensure the office is fully utilizing the support available to run an effective and profitable operation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
