Duties--Lead front office team to:
- Fill the schedule for four doctors
- Schedule outstanding patient treatment and hygiene appointments
- Accurately submit insurance claims
- Coordinate with other front and back-office professionals to implement best-practice processes
- Verify insurance benefits
- Increase patient referrals and reviews
- Grow Practice Brand
- Position reports to Practice Director
Experience Required:
- Dental Front Desk Experience: 5+ years
- Dental Insurance Experience: 3+ years
