Obaisi Orthodontics is a boutique practice where our goal is to deliver healthy beautiful smiles to children and adults. We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team!
**Duties:**
- Oversee daily operations of the office, including staff management and customer service.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Manage patient scheduling, billing, and insurance claims processing.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and treatment plans.
- Utilize Eaglesoft software for practice management and financial reporting.
- Monitor and control office expenses through budgeting and financial management practices.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in office management within an acute care or critical care setting.
- Knowledge of insurance plans and claims processing.
-Ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA
- Proficiency in Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and other relevant software applications.
- Strong understanding of utilization management and healthcare administration.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage office staff.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
