SalaryWe are seeking an experienced Insurance biller/ Treatment coordinator to join our private owned General Dental Office. We are a FFS and PPO office with NO MEDI-CAL and NO HMO. We are looking for someone that can treatment plan and bill insurance as well as do case presentations. Our office has a great reputation in the community and we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills over the phone and in person.
Responsibilities include:
- Treatment planning
- Insurance Billing
- Case Presentation
- Financing applications for patients
- Schedule patients
- Answer phones
- Handle patient inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Experience we are looking for :
- Experience in Dental Coding and Billing
- Eaglesoft experience
- Knowledge of electronic billing and claims
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and Dental office procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
