Dental Office Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Office Coordinator to join our team. As a Dental Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have experience in Dental Office front end and operations as well as possessing strong organizational and communication skills.

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, present treatment plans
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Provide support to staff members by assisting with various administrative tasks
- Manage office budgets and expenses
- Assist with business development, marketing and promotion

Requirements :

-Previous Dental Office experience
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Dental Office software a plus
- Experience in customer service is preferred

This position has built in flexibility and is approximately 25-30 hours per week with possibility to grow.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
