Our Dental practice is looking for a full-time dental hygienist to join our team! You will be responsible for providing our patients with preventive and therapeutic oral care and educating them on proper oral hygiene practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the dental office, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient patient care.
- Manage patient scheduling, billing, and insurance claims processing.
- Lead, train, and supervise front office staff to ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare laws, policies, and regulations.
- Manage office budget, including payroll, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the dental team to maintain a positive work environment and high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Generate reports and analyze data to inform decision-making and practice growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management, preferably in a dental or medical office.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Open Dental, Google Suite, and ChatGPT
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of dental office procedures and terminology is a must.
- A strong understanding of dental business administration
