SalaryMeridian Dental Care is looking for a Front office person to join our team ! We are a fast-paced office with the state-of-the-art facility where patient care is the utmost importance. Great, well-established office with long term staff & great Providers. We are a large office with a at-home-feel. We're hiring, due to our employee is wanting to stay home with her new baby. We will miss her, but fully support her decision.
Job Description: Primary responsibility will be but not limited , checking in & greeting our patients. Verifying insurances. Answering the phones & confirming patient appointments & working with recare coordinator on filling hygiene schedule. Checking emails & responding back in a timely manner. Working with specialist office on sending & receiving referrals.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking on the phone, have exceptional customer service , attention to detail, work well with others & a cheerful, friendly voice.
Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm . With 1hour lunch
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
