Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient schedules to optimize productivity and patient satisfaction.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and greeting patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with billing and insurance processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless workflow and positive patient experiences.
Requirements:
