SalaryWe are looking for an experienced Dental Front Office team member to join our growing practice. Ideal applicant will be a self-starter with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, willingness to jump right in, and have a growth mindset. We are open 4-5 days a week.
Your role will be vitally important to keep our practice running smoothly and maintaining our valued patients in the highest level of dental health. Must be friendly and genuinely care about people as it is our goal to provide a comfortable, relaxed environment for our patients.
We prefer someone with 1-2 year minimum experience and knowledge of Eaglesoft. Hourly pay is negotiable depending on experience and aptitude.
You must have an active Dental Assistant Registration and have a current CPR card (or be willing to get one with start of employment).
*Ideal candidate must:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and collect payments for services rendered
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information in the system
- Coordinate with dental or medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle patient complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- High level of professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
