Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays 7 am - 7 pm, Tuesdays 1 pm - 7 pm, Saturday 8 am -2 pm

Position Overview: We are seeking a Front Administrative Assistant with dental experience who is passionate about working with people. As our patients' first point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and friendly atmosphere within the dental office.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor

- Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and coordination

- Verify and update patient information in the system

- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries professionally

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications:

- Previousexperience in a dental office is required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Proficient in basic computer applications and dental software

- Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional patient care

Schedule:

- Mondays & Wednesdays: 7 am - 7 pm

- Tuesday: 1 pm - 7 pm

- Saturday: 8 am - 2 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
