Dental Front Office/Restorative Scheduling Coordinator

Opportunity is available for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator in our fast paced, growing dental practice in Kent. Our office is committed to promoting optimum oral health for our patients and providing them with the blueprint to achieve their goals.

Job Description: greeting and checking in/out patients, scheduling patients, answering phones with multiple lines. This position also involves treatment plan presentation, coordination of treatment, and insurance verification. Emphasis is on personal development through continuing education, developing interpersonal, organizational and team-building skills

Experience: Front office experience, Dental Front office preferred but we are willing to train the right person. Candidate selected for position will be a detailed-oriented person with ability to multi-task while giving five-star customer service. Knowledge of Eaglesoft is a plus!
