We are looking for a Cardiac Sonographer to join our Team!
13 weeks contract
8 hours per day; call required
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Cardiac Sonographer, with a minimum of 6 months experience with Pediatric studies. Will be conducting adult and pediatric cardiac studies in an inpatient and outpatient setting. Pediatrics will be 25% of the volume of studies; Sonographer will be scheduled for 7 studies in an 8 hour shift. There will not be any fetal heart monitoring.
Requirements: RDCS issued by American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers - OR - RCS issued by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) and BLS issued through American Heart Association
Charting: MediTech EMR
Equipment: Philips Epiq 7
Shifts: Varied 8 hour days. Will be required to take call, which is typically every other weekend. Call may vary depending on the needs of the department.
