This position would hold a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

• Broad and in-depth knowledge of insurance billing and claims processing.
• Confidence in and ability to present treatment plans, discuss financial arrangements and collect payments.
• Extensive experience with patient scheduling and building robust hygiene schedule.
• Proven ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
• Punctuality, dependability and initiative are required for this position.
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking and problem solving skills.
• Professional demeanor and communication style, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Have great attention to detail.
• Can handle high pressure situations

• Previous Dental Front Office experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
