We are looking for an experienced Front Office coordinator who has Dental Office Experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring that all customer inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally. The Front Office coordinator will also be responsible for managing scheduling, updating insurance information, receiving and posting patient's payments. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk staff and ensure that they are providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure that the Front Office is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Meeting the company's standards.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
