We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Associate Intern to join our team in McLean, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).
Job Title:
SLED Sales Operations Associate
Responsibilities:
- Plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our sales processes, providing operational, administrative, and analytical support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborates with sales leaders to collect and collate sales research, develop accurate sales forecasts and contribute to sales planning activities.
- Operates and manages internal tools used to support the sales process—evaluating and implementing relevant sales technologies to enhance team performance.
- Supports sales team by developing and maintaining Sales Operations templates, industry analysis and standard metric reports.
- Contributes to the development and enforcement of sales policies and procedures.
- Coordinates with various internal departments to meet sales objectives and timelines.
- Analyzes sales data to provide actionable insights and develop meaningful reports for strategic decision-making.
- Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement in Sales Operations and propose solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires 1-2 years relevant experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Skills:
- Basic analytical and financial skills.
- Demonstrated internal customer and external client service skills.
- Basic verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
- Basic tools and systems knowledge.
- Basic proposal drafting skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales technologies.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a results-driven mindset.
