Dental Administrative Receptionist

We are currently receiving applications for receptionistposition at the dental office of Dr. Ellen Pacleb. We are seeking FT Dental Administrator. History of dental experience is required, minimum of 2yrs. Our office is seeking a motivated, individual with reliability and attention to detail, pleasant with positive views on growing. The Dental Administrative Receptionist will support the team by answering phones, responding to email, scheduling appointments, interacting with dental insurance(s), and other administrative tasks. Projects that include data entry, document digitization, and other clerical duties throughout the office. Our ideal candidate has dental experience and is a team player. Core Responsibilities:

• Greet clients as they walk in the door.
• Answer and direct inbound calls.
• Schedule appointments.
• Handle administrative tasks.
• Collect payments.
• Communicate with staff members and outside clients.
• Submit claims to insurance.
• Eaglesoft experience a plus, but not necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
