About the Role: As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the wizard behind the curtain, the one who keeps the wheels turning smoothly. You’ll handle everything from incoming mail to document scanning, and you’ll be the glue that holds our departments together.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain and update office records and files
- Assist with order entry and customer support
- Provide office management support, including maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Conduct data entry and transcribe documents as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
Skills
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Experience in order entry and customer support is a plus
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Ability to transcribe documents accurately and efficiently
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
