Windows N’ Things is a window and door dealership established 20 years ago, specializing in contemporary and custom designs with high end products and brands.
We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant/Receptionist who can represent our company in a professional and friendly manner as this role is the first point of contact with our clients.
Job Details:
· Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
· Provide excellent phone coverage for all incoming phone calls and transferring to appropriate employees/departments.
· Ensure reception and breakroom area is kept neat, professional, and clean.
· Maintain office supply stocking, copy/print, conference room setup up, pantry inventory, receive/distribute/ship in-going & out-going mail.
· Create and generate letters, internal/external communications.
· Generate/Process POs for the Sales Dept.
· Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
· Assist with office management duties as needed (e.g. operate and arrange maintenance of copier, fax machines, computer, and other office equipment, vendor coordination with housekeeping, IT, AC/Heating, etc).
· Plan company events (lunches, team building, employee recognition). Schedule catering and assist with delivery and set-up.
· Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Requirements:
· A professional appearance/presentation.
· Proven experience in administrative assistant role.
· Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
· Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members and external partners.
· Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
· Proactive mindset with the initiative to anticipate needs and take ownership of tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
