You contribute to our success. Every role has an impact on our patients’ lives and you have the opportunity to make a difference. We are looking for a dedicated DEI/HR Coordinator like you to be a part of our team.
The HR Coordinator will support implementation of HR and DEI strategies and COE programs under the direction of the Division VP of HR and Division Director of DEI. Also provide support to the HR Business Partner team, Division Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and business leaders in collecting, compiling and coordinating information and helping implement local tasks.
What you will do in this role:
- You will implement HR and DEI programs/initiatives within facilities (or LOB) as directed by the VP of HR or Division Director of DEI in collaboration with HR Business Partners, managers and employees.
- You will provide data analysis to support DEI goals tracking and assess effectiveness of strategies and tactics.
- You will support effective implementation of the HR Support Model; direct employees and managers to the appropriate source of information (self-service portal, HR Service Center) and facilitate access.
- You will provide program support to compliance initiatives; gather information and help with preparation for compliance audits (OFCCP, Joint Commission, Dept. of Labor).
- You will provide project management support for division and market council operations including: meeting planning and support, distribution of minutes and action items, maintaining risks and issues.
What qualifications you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 1+ year(s) of experience in relevant work experience preferred
