SalaryOverview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into computerized systems. This is a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our company's data. Duties: - Enter data into computerized systems with speed and accuracy - Transcribe information from source documents to designated electronic formats - Perform data entry tasks such as order entry, data collection, and data verification - Maintain confidentiality and security of all data entered - Update and maintain databases with new or revised information - Perform basic math calculations as needed - Generate reports and pivot tables using Excel Skills: - Proficient in computerized systems and data entry software - Strong clerical skills with attention to detail - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables - Basic math skills for accurate calculations - Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively We offer competitive pay and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
