Data Entry Clerk

Pathways Academy is a public charter school that has a unique and flexible learning environment that allows school-aged parents to successfully complete their education. Students from grades 7 through 12 attend school while their child care needs are being met at the same location or virtually online while being supported off-site by a mentor or advocate. Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computer systems. This is a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.

Responsibilities:
- Collect data from various sources and enter it into our computer systems
- Keep track of baby supplies for Mi-APPP and Pathways Boutique
- Utilize computerized systems to input and update data
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records
- Transcribe information from paper documents or digital files into electronic format
- Ensure data is entered in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Perform order entry tasks as needed

Experience:
- Proven experience in Data Entry or related administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in Data Entry

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Associates degree, preferred
• Three or more years’ experience working with Data Entry and information systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently without close supervision.
• Must be able to multi-task and complete projects timely.
• Work well in team environment.
• Must be able to attend regular training regarding Mi-Star, MSDS, MPAAA, LoadStar and MI-APP – may require overnight stay.
• Ability to handle situations with professionalism and tack.
• Experience working with at-risk youth in a school setting.

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
