Data Entry Operator/Document Prep

Basic skillsets:

· Motivated by pride in your work, quality of work is key at GSI.

· Comfortable asking questions when unsure and taking notes for reference.

· Willingness to receive training, guidance, and accept feedback.

· Ability to produce quality work in a time sensitive environment.

Specific Skillsets for position:

Data Entry:

· Visually inspect document on a computer screen for key Data Entry fields

· Follow documented Data Entry instructions

· Excellent and accurate Data Entry\typing skills using various computer programs

· Daily time and work reporting

· Ability to use a computer running Microsoft Windows

· Experience with Microsoft Excel a plus

· Previous Data Entry experience a plus

Document Prep:

-Follow both verbal and written instructions/rules

-Physically open envelopes, remove staples and paper clips

-Process paper based documents and sort based off written instructions

-Able to add multiple types of document separators in appropriate locations

-Use of copy machines

-Attention to detail and quality of work

-Physically inspect documents for quality control

-Use of computer based software to scan documents and assign project titles/naming files

-Use of scanning equipment
