Job Description
A Repossession Abandonment Contractor completes administrative tasks to support the Abandonment Team including, but not limited to gathering and entering data into various documents that are needed to recover abandoned vehicles.
Outcomes & Activities:
- Dealing with abandonment vehicles
- Paper processing/high attention to detail
- Communications with multiple departments
- Managing own day – sense of urgency – time management
- Experience reviewing documents and processing paperwork
- Fast pace environment
- Candidate will updating spreadsheets with legal documents and if they do not have the correct document they will be calling our dealers to obtain it
- Needs to have basic Excel skills – if they have experience with AppXtender that would be a huge plus
- Review account document requests and efficiently and compliantly enter the required data in the documents to support prompt recovery of abandoned vehicles.
- Complete miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned to support the Abandonment Team.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative data entry experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- You need to be able to work independently and in a team environment.
- You need to be able to operate office equipment (copy machines, fax, telephone, and keyboard).
- Remain compliant with our policies, processes and legal guidelines.
Preferred Experience:
- Excellent customer service, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience supporting multiple departments in a fast paced environment.
- Experience in the finance or automotive industry.
- Certified as a Notary Public.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Organized while showing a high level of attention to detail.
- Able to complete work tasks timely as well as meet deadlines.
- Remain positive and professional at all times.

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
