Data Entry Job Responsibilities:

• Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
• Create customer invoice for work completed
• Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and explain details.
• Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
• Maintains Data Entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
• Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
• Performs without direct supervision.
• Ability to learn company specific systems and programs.
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Comfortable working in an office close to a shop environment.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Data entry experience or related office experience
• Basic computer knowledge(Outlook, Word etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
