We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with a strong proficiency in Excel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent Data Entry and organizational skills, along with advanced knowledge of Excel including reading, creating, and developing spreadsheets, pivot tables, v-lookups, and formulas. Responsibilities for Data Entry Specialist:

• Perform Data Entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for various projects and reports.
• Develop and utilize pivot tables for data analysis and reporting.
• Use v-lookups and other Excel functions to manipulate and analyze data.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular quality checks.
• Organize and categorize data for easy access and retrieval.
• Assist in developing and implementing Data Entry and management processes.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
• Apply strong understanding of budgeting concepts to support financial Data Entry and analysis.
• Participates in annual business planning, submits requests for annual travel budget expenses and monitors spending.
• Purchases supervised routine and non-routine office supplies for workstations and facility, and makes sure the stock is sufficient, housekeeping stock request, material & facility, including maintenance. Also, maintains good relationship and negotiates with vendor while, increase supplier options.
• Sets-up work environment for New Hires such as name tag, drawer key, badge, etc.
• Coordinates with incoming Korean Expatriate Team Members to assist in obtaining temporary and permanent housing, utilities, social security cards, drivers licenses, and school admission for expatriate children.
• Administers the Company's Auto Lease Program, assists Managers and above in vehicle ordering, titling, registering, and tags and ensures timely payment of monthly invoices.
• Assists the General Affairs and Human Resources Departments in planning and implementing new and recurring events.
• Designs and Administers the Company's Internal Travel Program for all Team Members, coordinates with affected departments to ensure that travel invoices are paid timely.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the General Affairs and Human Resources team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for Data Entry Specialist:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related experience preferred
• 3 or more years of proven experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
• 1 or more years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is required.
• Departmental budgeting experience
• Previous experience in Automotive industry a plus
• Ability to develop, implement, and manage strategic plans
• Must be goal oriented, customer focused, and results driven
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
• A working knowledge of Auto Lease Programs a plus
• Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems

This role routinely uses standard office equipment, including a laptop computer and cell phone. The employee is generally required to spend long periods of time sitting, typing, and working at a computer. May require the ability to occasionally lift and transport items. The estimated base salary range for the Data Entry Specialist is $55,700-$61,000. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that GLOVIS EA reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience and market changes.
