Data Entry Specialist - Client Success

General Summary of Duties:

The Client SuccessData Entry Specialist is responsible for the manual entry of new business received by Wakefield. Reports directly to the Client Success Reporting Division Manager.

Duties of Job:

• Identify and follow up with clients regarding batches missing complete documentation before entry.
• Archive batch proof and documentation promptly and accurately in designated areas.
• Report concerns related to client placement files as needed.
• Utilize office equipment such as computers, scanners, and printers proficiently.
• Demonstrate understanding of general insurance processes and terminology.
• Learn and memorize client-specific information for accurate placement processing.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in Data Entry, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
• Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, scanners, and printers.
• Strong understanding of general insurance processes and terminology.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment on time-sensitive matters.
• Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory and compliance procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and address issues promptly.

Typical Physical Demands:

Requires hearing within normal range for telephone usage. Requires the ability to type and view computer screens for extended periods. It is necessary to work in an environment which may be stressful and where interaction with others is constant and interruptive.
