We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and organizing information into our computer systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Enter data into our database software and verify accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all data protection guidelines
- Perform regular data audits to ensure integrity and accuracy of information
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and records
- Communicate effectively with other team members to resolve any data discrepancies or issues
- Follow company policies and procedures for Data Entry and record-keeping
- Generate reports and summaries based on inputted data as requested
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in Data Entry or a similar role
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies
- Knowledge of Data Entry software and systems
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
