Data Entry Specialist

Grismer Tire is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible to entering data into an AS400 system on a daily basis as well as function as an administrative assistant when business requires.

`Job Responsibilities may include:

- Entering data into computer systems accurately and efficiently
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and databases
- Performing data verification and validation to ensure accuracy
- Updating existing files and maintaining records and files
- Generating reports and summaries based on data entered
- Assisting with data analysis and interpretation as needed
- Collaborating with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency

`Requirements:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in Data Entry or related field preferred
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with computerized Data Entry systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
