PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Leadership/Financial Accountability/ Client Engagement/ Decision Making/

  • Oversees implementing People Development, Learning and DEI processes, projects, and initiatives in their region, cascading those coming from the Group/GBU or designing specific initiatives to meet local business specific needs.
  • Support the design and implementation of Key Leaders and Top talent developmental programs by providing individual career and development support.
  • Identify talent development needs and recommend relevant, practical, and enduring talent development solutions, in line with key business goals and Engie Impact talent development approach.
  • Manage and/or implement development programs and other projects/initiatives including the identification and timely execution of deliverables, communications strategy, and implementation plan.
  • Develop a Learning culture that supports diversity, inclusion, and equity with a clear framework for learning related to behavioral, leadership, consulting, and sustainability skill development, including budget allocation (ENGIE.U included).
  • Facilitate learning and developmental sessions, workshops, webinars, etc.
  • Measure and improve the effectiveness of the Talent & learning programs.
  • Bring in new trends & technologies, and privilege digital & social learning, inspired by the 70-20-10 learning principle.
  • Provide advice and offer expertise to HR communities & Business leaders.
  • Collaborate closely with DEI- ERG colleagues to create and implement a diverse and inclusive Talent & learning journey for our leaders and employees.
  • Develop and implement training that can continue to build a culture of inclusion that supports diversity. 
  • Measure and improve effectiveness of the DEI programs.
  • Design and organize HR community events in partnership with HR stakeholders and infuses ERG support across the organization.
  • Leverage and improve people analytics/data in Talent/DEI programs.
  • Be an ambassador of EI and ENGIE Group´s mission and engage on platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Marvin, etc.) aligned with internal comms.

 

Education/ Certifications/ Experience: 

  • University degree in BA, Economy, HR, or any other related studies.
  • Any additional certification is a plus (e.g., coaching, etc.)
  • Fluent in English required. A good command of Spanish or French desirable. Any other language is a plus.

Competencies/ Skills/ Abilities: 

  • Minimum 5 years previous experience in design, implementation and measurement of Talent Development and Learning processes, projects and initiatives.
  • Minimum 5 years previous experience facilitating sessions, workshops, webinars, etc.
  • Demonstrated strong and relevant HR Talent Management and DEI experience.
  • Passionate about people, business, leadership, Talent Management and Learning & Development.
  • Ability to think conceptually and act operationally, combine strategy with delivery.
  • Excellent communication/relational skills.
  • Experience building trusting sustainable relationships and creating and animating networks.
  • Demonstrates the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a matrixed international organization (across interfaces and influencing HR & Business leaders).Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Familiarity with systems; Success Factors, Salesforce, ADP, and other internal HRIS related process systems
  • Strong MS Office experience, with an emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

The pay range for this role is: $116,000-$175,000. 

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data. This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Additional ENGIE benefits include a 401k plan, paid time off and annual bonus. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.
