SalaryRedwey Transport Ltd is a 4th generation, family-owned local transport company. We have three offices and proudly serve Central and Southeast Ohio. We are currently looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable/Data Entry Specialist to join our team in our Johnstown location. This is a PART TIME position with flexible work hours and a casual work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer files and records.
- Collect, sort and organize daily driver paperwork.
- Generate customer invoices.
- Generate sub-hauler and company driver pay.
- Reconcile jobs in Short Hauler software.
- Generate multiple reports.
- Monitor and order office supplies.
- Others duties deemed necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable/data entry specialist, clerk, or similar role.
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations and data entry accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and internal staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with common software applications, such as Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, or Excel.
- Proficiency in using computers, keyboards, scanners, and other data entry devices.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be dependable.
- Monday-Friday (flexible schedule, no remote)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
