Data Entry Specialist
Location: Independence, OH, 44131
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Start time is 8:00AM

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and interested in the field of dentistry? Do you have a knack for Data Entry and enjoy working with precise information? We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our dental laboratory team as a Data Entry Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Read and review dentists' prescriptions and orders to ensure accurate information and clear instructions.
- Verify that all necessary records and accompanying documents have been received from the dentists for each order.
- Enter the dental orders into the lab management system promptly and with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the laboratory production team to ensure smooth and accurate processing of each order.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Further education or certifications in dental administration or related fields is a plus.
- Prior experience in the dental industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
- This is an entry-level position, and we are open to training the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Data Entry and familiarity with computer applications is required.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail to accurately process orders and maintain records.
