Entry Level Data Specialist

As the Entry Level Data Specialist at 4myBenefits, you will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of data files that transfer to and from our benefit administration technology platforms to our insurance carriers. You will import, export, and review both inbound and outbound reports and coordinate with internal client service personnel to alert of any needed actions as a result of incorrect data coming into the system. You will also follow test scripts to ensure system data is properly being utilized and prioritize requests and issues to ensure most important data integrity issues are always resolved correctly and in a timely manner.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, preferred.
• Analytical and reporting experience, preferred.
• Benefit plan knowledge a plus.
• HRIS and Payroll system knowledge a plus.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Self-starter, with excellent time management skills and the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; is relentless in his or her ability to follow through and see projects through completion.
• Ability to interpret, evaluate and communicate detailed information.
• Demonstrates strong ethics and the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
