Data Entry Specialist

Position Overview

We are looking for an entry-level Data Entry Specialist to help support the Data Entry of our application intake process for our Make Ready Engineering team.

Job Duties

• Assist the team in receiving proposals in client's application management system
• Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
• Verify all application requirements are met
• Complete Data Entry in a variety of spreadsheets
• Other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service will be considered a plus
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, Excel,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask

Additional Information

Candidates must be comfortable working full time with a minimum of 40 - 45 hours per week. Compensation based on experience. DRG offers excellent benefits including health, dental, vision and life insurance after 30 days of employment. Phone reimbursement available.
