SalaryData Entry Specialist
We are seeking an energetic and reliable professional to join our team as a Data Administrator for 40 hours a week at our Fairfield OH location. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for ensuring on-time shipments, by monitoring, prioritizing, and directing staff on all daily orders to meet all deadlines. This cannot be accomplished without excellent Excel skills, which will be used throughout the day.
This position is not a typical Data Entry position. This position is 80% Data Entry and 20% detective work. We have 2000 to 5000 orders a week of personalized candy. Because of the nature of the business, we use data to find orders that have stalled in production, we track that order down and we get it back in circulation to meet the shipping deadline. While there is no heavy lifting, there is walking, a lot of analytical skills used, a little detective work, and working directly with people to get those orders out.
Candidates who do not complete the skills test will not be considered as Excel is 100% required.
