Data Entry Specialist

Our family owned and operated Sidney location is seeking to add a qualified Data Entry Specialist to our growing company. In this position, responsibilities include performing administrative duties of Data Entry, records and reconciliation as well as perform all functions necessary to maintain accurate data.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Daily Data Entry and reconciliation of company information

· Support Order Entry and other areas as needed

· Investigate discrepancies, locates error sources from inventories, and initiates corrective actions

· Expedite purchase orders

· Assist team members in Pricing and Inventory tasks

· Complete special projects issued by manager as needed

· Perform various clerical duties, as directed by manager

Experience and Education Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations

· PC proficient and utilization of all Microsoft Office applications

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines

· Effective listening and analytical skills, as well as the ability to summarize information and offer solutions

· Must be detail oriented and a fast learner

· Able to multitask and work in fast paced environment

Preferred Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications:

· Electrical experience is a plus

· Self-motivated, responsible, and dedicated

· Quick learner that is able to work independently and with a team

· Organizational skills

Physical Requirements:

· Be able to lift up to 20lbs

· Bend, kneel and sit for short and long period of times

· First shift hours

· Overtime hours as needed including weekends
