Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Mental Health

Position info

The Direct Support Professional - Mental Health is responsible for delivery of services to individuals residing in a Residential Treatment Home following a personalized service plan. It is the responsibility of the DSP to provide Direct Supportive services to residents of the home, who experience severe and persistent mental illness.

Status: Full Time and Relief/On Call available

Location: Salem, OR

Shift: Day, Swing, and Nights available!

Current Shifts Available

Monday - Thursday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Friday - Monday 1:00 pm to 11:00 pm

Tuesday/Thursday 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM Friday/Saturday 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Starting wage: $19.18 an hour (Night shifts additional $.75 an hour and companion shift additional $.50 an hour)

Wage Scale: $19.18 - $23.33

Requirements

' High school graduate or equivalent.

' Current Oregon Driver's License and acceptable driving record

' Ability to pass background check screening

' Minimum of one (1) year education and/or experience in mental illness, emotional/behavioral difficulties or other related conditions.

Must pass a background check

Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
