Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analysis:
- Responding to requests for data by determining user’s needs, collecting, organizing, and analyzing data, and providing accurate and complete information.
- Working with other analysts to evaluate the performance of practices, facilities, provider services and utilization.
- Identifying trends, patterns, anomalies, and areas of opportunity.
- Reporting:
- Creating charts, graphs, and other visualizations.
- Running production reports.
- Presenting findings to relevant team members and stakeholders.
- Creating and updating templates.
- Quality Assurance:
- Validating analytical and production reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborating with team and notifying of any potential issues/bugs to resolve issues.
- Communication:
- Completing projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data team.
- Continuous Learning:|
- Follow and implement industry trends and best practices.
- Implement strategies of improvement.
- Taking initiative to improve methodologies and contribute to team success.
Additional Duties:
- Handling team concerns in a helpful and objective manner.
- Abiding to all HIPAA, confidentiality, and privacy laws.
- Providing insight and suggestions for process improvement.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Statistics).
- Strong knowledge of data, data objects, data structure, and industry standards.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, index-match, macros).
- Knowledge of SQL, VBA, and visualization tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office stack (Excel, Word, SQL Server Suite, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attendance/Punctuality - Consistently at work and on time.
- High accuracy and extreme confidentiality a MUST.
- Strong internet research capabilities.
- Knowledge of legal and ethical consideration related to patient information (e.g., HIPAA, PHI, PII)
- Basic knowledge of Python (preferred).
- Familiarity with healthcare data and the Accountable Care Organization (ACO) model (a plus).
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
- Eagerness to continuously learn and adapt to new methodologies and technologies.
