Job Summary
Great opportunity to join our Land Electronics team in Melbourne, FL as an Associate Data Management Analyst!
Job Responsibilities
- Define Data Management requirements for assigned programs
- Establish deliverable schedules within the CDRL Management System
- Generate deliverable templates, submittal letters, and data deliverable approval letters
- Adhere to classification, distribution, marking, and handling requirements
- Provide configuration control of customer deliverables
- Monitor deliverable schedule, ensuring on-time delivery
- Review deliverables to ensure adherence to company and customer requirements
- Support peer review of deliverables, as needed
- Submit deliverables per program requirements
- Provide support to the Product Data Manager and Engineering technical staff
- Responsible for regular reporting of progress and status on assigned program
- Communicate (written and oral) with other company personnel and the customer as required
- May act as liaison between functional groups
- Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
- Complete assigned tasks on time and meet technical requirements
- Attend appropriate engineering, customer or business meetings
- Other Data Management duties as required
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of CDRLs, SOWs, Contracts, and DIDs
- Basic understanding of PLM tools and document release process
- Previous experience in Data Deliverable Management, to include, but not limited to template creation, schedule monitoring, PLM tool release, and submission
- Ability to work independently under supervision of others
- Good oral and written communication skills
- General computer skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of SharePoint a plus
- Associate's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
