Seeking a great Customer Service Specialist! This is a remote role working M-f from 9am – 3pm. As the Customer Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional Customer Service and promote this standard throughout the organization. The goal is to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention while creating a culture that enhances the overall Customer Service experience.
This position collaborates with a multitude of departments and an even greater variety of personalities both in co-workers and customers. This role would be a good fit for an empathetic person who likes to help others and has a high attention to detail. Top notch communication and grammar skills are a must!
- Answer customer phones and emails
- Process, change, approve customer orders and information
- Resolve product, service, or order issues
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Customer Service experience, preferably with remote experience
- High-school diploma or a GED
- Washington state resident
- Strong service-related skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
- Ability to work independently and strong collaborative skills
- Exceptional attendance and reliability
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
- Sound judgment & decision-making skills
- Strong Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook skills
- CRM experience
This position is eligible for sick pay. The hourly wage for this position is $20-25 per hour.
