The Dailylook Client Service department is a key factor in DailyLook's success! The Client Service team is responsible for the overall member experience and strives to ensure our agents are providing our clients with the highest level of service in the industry. We are looking for a Client Service Specialist who truly enjoys interacting with customers, rises to any challenge, and is a self-starter!

This job is remote!

The Client Services duties include the following, but are not limited to:

  • Respond to client inquiries regarding order history, store credit, promotions, shipments, and cancellations.
  • Retention - Retaining clients who may be thinking of canceling.
  • Communicate with CS supervisor to correct and proactively address customer complaints/issues.
  • Assist clients with all concerns via live chat, email, and inbound calling with professional and personalized service.
  • Partners with our styling and warehouse team via email to resolve customer concerns.
  • Utilize various methods of data entry to log customer feedback, complaints and inquiries.
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisors.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Type a minimum of 40 wpm and have a stable, reliable internet connection.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - This role handles a large volume of email and chat support, so you must be comfortable personalizing messages for each client.
  • Computer proficiency - including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems at once.
  • Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
  • Proven experience in overcoming unexpected difficulties and using logical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate company policies and information to clients with a professional tone
  • Ability to handle all complaints in a calm and professional manner
  • Passion for the fashion industry is a plus
  • Must have availability to work various shifts between the hours of 8 am to 6 pm, in the PST timezone. Some weekends may be required, depending on business needs.

Our office is located in beautiful Downtown Los Angeles in the Arts District.
