We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service representative who enjoys the challenge of a busy call center and Customer Service outlet. At times stressful, your day will include heavy phone work & email for customers scheduling an important day in their lives: moving day! You must possess the ability to manage multiple jobs at a time, with many and often changing logistical details. Your ability to provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email and juggle a window-based operation in a timely and professional manner; while analyzing customer needs with appropriate solutions. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide updates and have the performance skills to do these tasks quickly, efficiently, and accurately, maintaining a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities:
Working out of our retail store, our Customer Service representatives answer phones and emails. They inform customers about our services, recommend solutions that are tailored to each customer, schedule moves and resolve complaints.
Requirements:
Correspondence, speaking on the phone, multi-tasking, typing, knowledge of Google applications, Windows & Microsoft applications.
