Responsibilities
Job duties of position include outbound calls to existing customers to schedule policy reviews with clients. Inbound phone calls will be received to answer customer questions such as quoting, billing, helping file and initiate claims, process policy changes and recognize client needs. Personal sales goal.Payments are also taken and processed in the office. Additionally, there will be other general office duties assigned as needed.
