Customer Service Specialists:
- Serve our customers by processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, and cashing checks
- Create new deposit accounts, issue debit cards, update information on customer accounts, and assist customers with any questions or problems related to their accounts
- Maintain an accurately balanced cash drawer, uphold strict confidentiality standards and comply with federal regulations regarding monetary transactions.
Job Requirements:
No previous banking experience required. We offer a paid training program at our Jewett City office to teach you all the basics.
We require a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of customer contact and cash-handling experience. Other required skills include exceptional Customer Service, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and strong communication, organizational and computer skills.
Schedule:
- Part-Time; 13.5 hours/week
- Regular schedule: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday from 10am to 3pm
- During the five week training program, you will be expected to work Monday through Friday and may be scheduled to work as early as 7:45am, and work as late as 5:15pm.
