Elite Commercial Servicing (ECS) is the loan servicing function within RCN Capital and is focused on providing excellent service and support to the borrowers in our network.Elite Commercial Servicing is looking for a detailed-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic loan servicing team. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for a variety of duties related to borrower inquiries and requests and will be focused on making sure that each borrower that reaches out for information from the team will receive a prompt, friendly, and accruate response.
Our ideal candidate will be energetic and bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn, as well as being great at multitasking who is comfortable in a fast-paced work environment. Your communication skills must be top-notch, as you listen to, understand, engage with, and respond to customers over the phone, or via written communication like email or letter. Youll need to bring patience and politeness as you explain policies and procedures to customers, while always keeping a close eye on confidentiality and data security.
Primary Responsibilities: Inbound and outbound Customer Service calls Respond to borrower email inquires Prepare verification of mortgages upon request Daily communication with borrowers, providing direction on how to request draws, order payoffs, obtain an extension, etc. Demonstrates excellent Customer Service skills at all times to promote a positive image for the company. Handles customer issues while executing excellent Customer Service principles.
Identifies appropriate area to refer more complex issues and/or problems. Other duties as assigned
