Direct Customer Service Specialist

Pinnacle Executives is located right in the heart of the Hamden area. We specialize in everything: Customer Service, sales, and marketing. We are currently seeking to expand our Customer Service team and are looking for someone to fill the entry-level position of our Direct Customer Service Specialist. 

Position Responsibilities:

• Follow up directly with specific client customers with the intention of establishing lasting relationships
• Be able to answer any customer questions and recommend products and services that may be of interest
• Receive daily training in order to stay up to speed with client products, promotions, and goals
• Cross-train with the marketing and sales teams to become well-versed in all fields to be able to grow and take on leadership roles
• Close sales when necessary, making sure to keep a detailed record of all customer communications

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required
• 0-2 years of experience in Customer Service, sales, or marketing 
• Proficient communication skills
• Must be open to learning  new skills
• Ability to work in a cohesive team environment
