Salsco, Inc, a manufacturer of commercial outdoor power equipment, is looking for an experienced Parts Specialist/Customer Support representative to assist our customers with parts orders. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and detail orientated with experience reading schematic drawings and working with customers. Ability to multitask is a must! Duties include but are not limited to:
- Helping customers order the right part for their equipment
- Navigating through multiple resources to verify part orders
- Processing customer's parts orders
- Working with other departments to complete orders as needed
- Arranging LTL shipping for larger parts and whole goods orders
- Assisting in other general clerical office duties as needed
Applicants should possess:
- Ability to read and understand schematic drawings
- Ability to balance multiple customers at a time
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Experience with LTL shipping, both domestic and international
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience in a manufacturing setting is highly beneficial
- Ability to follow tasks through to completion
- Ability to work and communicate well with all levels of co-workers, customers and vendors
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience
