Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Review and promptly respond to regulatory inquiries from customers.
Ensure Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Technical Data Sheets (TDS) are obtained for all materials before arrival at company?s facility.
Review and request documentation for specific raw materials to maintain an accurate Material Documentation Library.
Coordinate the completion and accuracy review of outgoing SDS.
Stay updated on evolving regulatory environments and requirements.
Collaborate with suppliers to acquire new and updated regulatory information as needed.
Research regulatory requirements for future markets based on customer and internal requests.
Regularly engage with customers to update them on regulatory initiatives.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Strong reasoning ability.
Understanding of FDA, DOT, EPA regulations, and international regulatory organizations as required.
Exposure to polymer or chemical processing preferred.
Strong computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, and graphic presentations.
Experience interacting with regulatory officials and customers.

Associate

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Associate?s degree and/or a minimum of 1-3 years of industry experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret documents including safety rules, operational instructions, procedure manuals, and SDS sheets.
Ability to write routine reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
