Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using a cash register or point-of-sale system.
- Deliver orders to homes and businesses using company vehicle.
- Handle cash transactions, including giving correct change and processing credit card payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo area, including sweeping floors, and restocking supplies.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.
- Upsell additional menu items or promotions to increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 yr. in foodservice
-Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.
- Excellent driving record and background check results.
- Professional work ethics.
- Ability to deliver food orders with strong focus on quality of handling and packaging of the food and deliver with exceptional customer service.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
